House : Rear Extension : First two weekends
Okay, so who's idea was this?
We thought it would be a "good idea" to build an extension to our house. At the time of agreeing this I didn't realise I would be doing all the ground work!
Here are are few pictures from the first two weekends.
- May 1st : Lifted patio slabs - with kango (snapped two bits) - over 180 slabs!
- May 2nd: Lifted crappy pug and hardcore and all sorts of crap!
- May 3rd: Levelled base, 9 inches deep
- May 8th: Started digging main foundations
- May 9th: Continued digging foundations, flooded foundations from soak-away!

Ah ha! We have found the swimming pool! Yes Swimming Pool - f-ing builders filled it with rubble!
And now the bottom of the swimming pool.. metal backed!
